Pieces ship in double-wall cartons with corner protection and a surface spacer so that nothing presses on the moss. Each box includes a small repair kit (spare moss tufts) and a care card.
If the packaging or the piece arrives damaged, photograph both and contact help@waldart.co — we arrange repair or replacement immediately. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
