What is covered

If your preserved moss substantially loses its shape or color within five years of delivery under proper indoor conditions, we repair the piece or deliver a replacement — free of charge, at our choice.

Proper conditions

Indoor placement, roughly 40–60% relative humidity, no direct sunlight, no water contact, and no frequent touching. That's all — no watering, no light, no care.

What is not covered

Damage from improper use, modifications, or external influences (water, heat sources, outdoor placement). Natural variations in tone and texture are part of a real-moss piece, not a defect.

How to claim

Email help@waldart.co with your order number and a photo — we answer within one business day. Your statutory warranty rights (2 years) remain fully unaffected and come on top of this guarantee.
